Bater até a massa abrir bolhas; juntar por fim, misturando apenas o fermento dissolvido no caldo da laranja. Colocar em uma forma redonda (grande) bem untada com manteiga e polvilhada com farinha de trigo, ou em duas formas menores redondas e iguais. Peneirar a farinha com chocolate e adicionar ao creme, alternando com o leite. Por último, misturar sem bater o fermento e as claras em neve. Colocar a massa em fôrma untada e enfarinhada. Levar para assar em forno médio (180ºC), preaquecido. Para a calda, bater no liqüidificador o creme de leite com o leite condensado, a baunilha e o chocolate em pó. Depois do bolo assado e frio, cortar em quadrados. Banhar os quadrados na calda e, depois, passar no coco ralado seco. Batem-se à mão até deixar a massa suave e mole (para isso adiciona-se o leite aos poucos). Unte uma forma (redonda de 30 cm de diâmetro) com manteiga ou margarina, e polvilhe com farinha de trigo. Despeje a massa na forma e leve ao forno já pré-aquecido (200ºC em média), de 20 a 25 minutos, ou use um palito e verifique que este sai limpo do bolo. Não deixe a superfície do bolo secar muito. Desenforme-o e, com cuidado, corte-o ao meio para o rechear. Assim que o abrir, humedeça a parte de baixo e de cima com uma mistura de 1/2 chávena de leite gelado com açúcar a gosto (1 colher de sopa) e uma colher de café de baunilha.Coloque o recheio na parte de baixo e cubra com morangos frescos, já bem lavados, escorridos e secos. Lave-os com os "pernicos" para não ficarem aguados e retire-os só na hora de colocá-los. Coloque a outra metade do bolo por cima e cubra o bolo com a mesma mistura da cobertura. Enfeite com mais morangos frescos e aproveite o que sobra do chocolate (100g), derreta mais um pouco no microondas ou em banho maria, coloque mais um pouco de leite condensado e coloque-os também sobre o bolo. Coloque mais chocolate sobre os morangos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Recheio&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Derrete-se o chocolate em banho-maria. Com a batedeira batem-se a manteiga, o açúcar e a baunilha, acrescenta-se aos poucos (sem parar de bater) o chocolate derretido. Por último junta-se o leite condensado, bate-se por alguns minutos. Adicione o mel e os ovos batendo muito bem.&lt;br /&gt;Peneire as farinhas, o fermento e o sal juntos, acrescente ao creme e misture completamente.&lt;br /&gt;Despeje em fôrma untada e polvilhada /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Primeiro bata no liquidificador os ovos, o iogurte e óleo.&lt;br /&gt;Acrescente o pó da caixinha de gelatina, a massa de bolo pronto e o fermento em pó.&lt;br /&gt;Bata até c. café fermento em pó&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt; 1 limão &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1 lata ananás em calda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt; cerejas em calda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt; Unta-se o fundo dum tacho com 50 gr de margarina e polvilha-se com 250 gr açúcar. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt; Dispõem-se as rodelas de ananás no fundo do tacho e colocam-se as cerejas no meio das rodelas.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt; À parte batem-se 6 gemas com 250 gr de &lt;br /&gt;450 g de chocolate para culinária&lt;br /&gt;125 g de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;100 g de amêndoa pelada e ralada&lt;br /&gt;200 g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;4 ovos &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;em&gt;Cobertura&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;4 dl de natas para bater&lt;br /&gt;raspas de chocolate q.b. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Confecção&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Derreter o chocolate em banho-maria. Retirar do lume, juntar a manteiga e mexer até ficar uma pasta homogénea. Nessa altura, adicionar as gemas uma a uma e continuando a mexer, juntar o açúcar e a amêndoa ralada. Mexer mais uns 10 minutos. Bata as claras em castelo firme. Envolver bem sem bater ao preparado anterior. Deitar o preparado numa forma lisa untada de manteiga e polvilhada de açúcar e levar a cozer em forno brando. Não deixar secar demais. Depois de cozido deixe arrefecer e desenforme. Bater as Natas bem frias com o açúcar em chantilly. Junte a manteiga amolecida, a farinha e as raspas de limão. Bata novamente e deite dentro de uma forma lisa untada com manteiga. Leve ao forno já quente durante cerca de 30 minutos. Retire e desenforme. Deixe arrefecer um pouco, pique o bolo com um garfo e embeba-o com licor.Prepare o creme: numa caçarola misture o chocolate para culinária em pedaços com 150 g de manteiga, o leite e o açúcar. Leve ao lume em banho-maria até derreter. Deixe arrefecer, corte o bolo em três discos longitudinais e barre-os com o creme de chocolate. Recomponha o bolo e barre-o por cima e a toda volta com o mesmo creme. Introduza o chantilly num saco de pasteleiro e decore o bolo. Derrete-se o chocolate em banho-maria e junta-se ao preparado anterior, batendo muito bem à medida que se vai adicionando o chocolate derretido. Unta-se muito bem uma forma redonda com manteiga e polvilha-se com farinha. Leva-se ao forno a 180º C, +/- durante 30 a 45 minutos. Verifique com um palito se já está cozido.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;strong&gt; Glacé de chocolate&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;50 g de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;80 g de açúcar em pó&lt;br /&gt;4 colheres de sopa de água fria&lt;br /&gt;100 g de nozes descascadas&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt; Glacé&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Derrete-se o chocolate em banho-maria. À parte bate-se a manteiga em creme e junta-se aos poucos ao chocolate ainda quente. Adiciona-se a água fria e liga-se tudo muito bem. Junta-se o açúcar em pó a pouco e pouco e bate-se muito bem. Utiliza-se o glacé ainda morno para cobrir o bolo e decora-se com as nozes. Bata os ovos com o açúcar ate ficarem em creme. Junte o coco ralado e o polme de cenoura. Bata de novo. Por último, adicione (sem bater) a farinha misturada e peneirada com o fermento. Deite a massa numa forma lisa e baixa, untada com manteiga e polvilhada com farinha. Leve ao forno ate cozer e alourar. Deixe arrefecer e desenforme. Aos restantes 200 g de açúcar, vai-se adicionando as colheres de vinho do Porto aos poucos e também 2 colheres de sopa de água. Junte os ovos, o sal, a raspa do limão, a farinha e o fermento em pó. Misture bem e deite numa forma de mola com 24 cm de diâmetro bem untada. Retire os caroços e corte em quartos os alperces e disponha sobre a massa, encostando-os bem uns aos outros. Espalhe por cima as amêndoas em falha. Polvilhe com açúcar e leve a cozer em forno quente (200º C), durante cerca de 60 minutos.
